The portal is exclusively for B2B clients of Sentorette Group who have placed at least one previous order. Access requires a registered business account.
How fast can I reorder my air fresheners?
Reorders are processed in 3 clicks. Production begins within 24 hours of order confirmation. Delivery within 10-15 working days for standard reorders.
Can I change the design when reordering?
Yes. You can upload a new artwork file during the reorder process or keep your existing design on file.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept bank transfer, business credit card, and for qualified accounts, 30-day net payment terms.
Is there a minimum for reorders?
Yes, minimum reorder quantity is 500 pieces. Volume discounts apply automatically for orders above 2,000 pieces.
